About

OpenAIS is a research project sponsored by the Flanders Marine Institute and the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research. It is a set of containerised software packages intended to ingest AIS data, store it and then host derived datasets. The packages are hosted on gitlab and deployed to a user’s system.

This project does not offer hosting (but feel free to contact us about it) or datasets.
